What does a Service Delivery Manager do at SPIE Belgium ICS?

 Our teams support and facilitate the digital transformation of our corporate and enterprise customers all over Belgium. SPIE Belgium ICS designs, operates, and integrates tailored ICT solutions in the areas of Workspace, IT Security, Datacenter & Cloud, Printing & Document Management and IP Connectivity.

 As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high quality SPIE Belgium ICS services to our customers. You will lead operational teams, manage the service level agreements, work on continuous improvement of the services, foster trust and build as well as maintain strong relationships with our customers.

In which areas will you outperform?

  1. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and you will ensure the follow-up of our services we deliver to them.
  2. You will ensure the quality of the services provided to our clients, in accordance with the agreed service levels and the other contractual agreements and you measure and report on the relevant KPI’s.
  3. You will work closely with our Technical Support Centre, Engineering teams and our Commercial organisation, in order to deliver and improve our services to our customers, and to detect and follow up on new opportunities.
  4. You combine a proactive mindset with business insight to deliver operational excellence and delight our customers.
  5. You are a leader who can inspire, organise and motivate our operational teams to excel.

  • You have a Master's degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position within an IT company.
  • You are trilingual in French, English and Dutch.
  • You have experience in IT Service Management processes and you have the ITIL Foundation certification

  • You are an excellent communicator and negotiator
  • You are highly organised, methodical and passionate about continuous improvement.
  • You are innovative, dynamic and stress-resistant.
  • You are analytical and solutions-oriented for the customer
