GENERAL DESCRIPTION : Responsible for all ELECTRICAL & HVAC preparation subjects (systems, packages, or plant) under the frame of responsibilities. Ensure conformance to TEPDK rules, best standards, and general legislations. Ensure delivery of Work Preparations and support to maintenance activities of the site team Establish and maintain a strong safety culture in line with TEPDK and NorSPIE HSE Requirements and Rules. Ensuring that TEPDK and NorSPIE’s QHSE regulations and procedures are applied. Give his/her contribution in hazard analyses, incident investigations in root cause failure analyses, process incidents advising his/her hierarchy about QHSE issue or opportunities and proposing corrective solutions. MAIN FUNCTIONS : • Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical KPIs, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability. • Take charge of Work Orders under his/her responsibility and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical elements during preparations. • Ensure Work Orders are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in CMIMS for execution at site and work location. • Review procedures/work instructions and ensure adaptability, review functional locations and related WO lists to ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during the preparations. • Ensure that Permit to Work are properly prepared in line with the defined procedures and ready ahead of execution datelines (typical 5 Weeks to the execution start date). • Ensure compliance to the best preparation standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and guidelines by ensuring minimal unapproved WOs under the scope of responsibility, platforms or packages, especially those critical to Safety and production (defined WOs Priorities, SECE, Vital Equipment etc.). • As a principle and in adherence to the set GMC KPI, the work preparer shall try to maintain at all times a threshold of ≤ 5% INIT of the total open work order count, under the frame of responsibilities. • On a daily basis, the PM04 preparations guideline shall help to define the priorities of the daily tasks. All activities requested by the Clients to be managed as a higher priority within the frame of contract shall be checked with the GMC Preparations - focal point for clarifications where required.

Experience in ELECTRICAL Systems in the Offshore Environment Professional experience: 5 years in Oil & Gas business especially in work preparations or related fields. Experience in maintenance operations support. Good knowledge of planning and CMIMS tools (preferably SAP based), E-vision permit Systems and other Preparations, Tools/Resources.

Management & Coordination of SMART Team resources and workload. Responsible of work performed by SMART Team and Campaign team. Responsible for Middle and long-term planning management in support to the planner. Advice Planning Team of useful information concerning SMART Team in order to optimize scheduling. With his teams assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC) linked to his activities, Manages interventions using the CMMS and checks intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field, Ensure the provision of adequate tools and equipment to carry out his teams works, Reviews WO with Preparation team works in case of doubts, Monitors the functioning of utilities and equipment placed under his responsibility, Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams, and actively participates in this himself, Carries out any intervention within his field of competence. Takes in charge the systems under his responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status. Review on a daily basis with the CSR or the OIM the needs to carry out works according to planning. PURPOSE Under the authority of Contract Manager/Deputy Contract Manager and the SAS Technical Manager, he organises and plans maintenance operations on site, whether these are carried out by his own teams or by subcontractors. He is the technical and HSE management representative of NorSpie on site. He is responsible for the on-site management of NorSpie’s maintenance teams (administrative, operational, coordination, professional). HSE: Ensures HSE policy fulfilment during his activities. Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules. Ensures compliance with HSE (occupational and process) Legislation, Company Standards Procedures under his area of responsibility to ensure employees safety, legislative compliance, and responsible environment attitude. Ensure mandatory aspects (including those concerning local law scenario) are properly implemented for all activities carried out (including the collective tool certification). Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures & Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety. Operational Safety and Plan Integrity. Contribution in Hazard Analyses, incident investigations, Root Cause Failure Analyses, process incidents advising his hierarchy about HSE issues and proposing corrective solutions. OPERATIONS Working closely with TotalEnergies’ site maintenance superintendent, He: Advises TotalEnergies superintendent on 2 weeks, monthly and annual planning, - Distributes the daily activity to the supervisors as prepared by the planning team, - Coordinates the maintenance and inspections operations, - Accountable of the site contractual performances (including the KPI). Methods - Ensures the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures and tools employed by his crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements to TotalEnergies’ maintenance superintendent, - Ensures co-ordination between maintenance operations and Preparation teams, - Keeps an up-to-date list of work that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns, - Suggests corrective measures to TotalEnergies if this backlog threatens to become unmanageable, Team Leading Responsible for his teams on site: - Ensures the correct behaviour of his teams in accordance with the general safety regulations of the subsidiary and, if need be, takes the necessary corrective measures, - With the assistance of NorSpie base support, he organises the rotation schedules of his teams (administrative and logistical requirements, crew changes, etc.) - Identifies the training needs of his teams and makes training requests as appropriate. - Manages the Nationalisation plan and proposes all necessary adjustments.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Purpose • He is responsible for the reliability and integrity of turbo machines. • He ensures that maintenance operations under his responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with TEPDK’s current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, within his field, carried out on site by NorSPIE. Planning • Participate and review the preventive maintenance program/planning for his scope of work. • Organises and ensures the progress of the onsite maintenance equipment under his supervision liaising with SITE, planning Engineer and interface with onshore support team of requirements for spare parts and materials and opportunity jobs. • Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for the preparation of the jobs in his discipline. • Manages interventions using the CMMS. Operations • Organises on site the maintenance operations which are related to turbo machines by coordinating supervisors. • Conduct periodic checks and routine maintenance work. Inspect turbines daily, • Participates in condition monitoring checks on gas turbines. • Executes all maintenance routines in time, • Monitors the operational performance of the gas turbines, running parameters and auxiliaries’ operations using the condition monitoring techniques. • Check tools and spares parts defined for turbogenerators and their auxiliaries • Carries out performance test as required • Performs ad-hoc repairs and all agreed breakdown repair in accordance with manufacturer recommendation and requirements. • Assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC), • Enters intervention reports in the CMIMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field, • Takes in charge the turbo packages in case of breakdown until correct operation status. • Assists operation team in conducting the turbo machines.

Highly experienced Maintenance Technician in compressors, turbines, …and knowledge of O&G industry processes Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others.
