Key Activities:
- Manage interfaces between subsea equipment suppliers, SPS department and drilling rig during well operations.

- Assisting Drilling superintendent on subsea BOP troubleshooting

- Review configuration of subsea Landing String equipment, such as the Subsea Test Tree (SSTT) space-out inside the BOP, lubricator valve positioning, retainer valves functionality, and surface flow tree. 
- Act as focal point for the rig contractor and completion, well intervention, and subsea equipment suppliers to finalize the rig layout, optimizing onboard equipment positioning and defining any required rig modifications (e.g., control umbilical routing, surface equipment placement, coiled tubing lifting frame installation, Landing String and XT IWOCS umbilical arrangement).- Follow up offshore operations on the drilling rig for landing string operations and well testing 
- Follow up offshore operations on the drillship for landing string operations and well testing
- Solid knowledge of horizontal X-tree system and subsea completion operations, including tubing hanger installation and crown plug installation/retrieval.
- Solid knowledge of IWOCS (Intervention Workover Control System), including but not limited of system set up
- Solid knowledge of subsea electro-hydraulic (EH) landing string systems and related completion operations. 
- Solid knowledge of subsea slickline operations
Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of subsea equipment.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve technical and operational issues related to subsea equipment throughout all project phases.

Subsea Engineer with Baker Hughes IWOCS and Horizontal Xmas Tree experience
Purpose:
Subsea Completion Engineer will be responsible at wellsite for managing interfaces between subsea equipment and drilling rig, ensuring readiness of documentation and equipment, and supporting testing, installation, and commissioning activities during well operations for an ultra-deep water project.
In addition, to support the Drilling and Completion &amp; Development team in the engineering, design, manufacturing, testing and installation of subsea production systems focusing on landing string operations, IWOCS system setup, well testing, slickline and subsea completion operations. To assure that the design meets project requirements, applicable standards and engineering best practices.

Theoretical Knowledge
Basic understanding of oil &amp; gas facilities and processes (well to export), including hydrocarbon risks (explosion, asphyxiation).
Working knowledge of SAP for maintenance planning, work order preparation, material requisition, and history tracking.
Proficient in basic computer use (Word, Excel, email, internet).
Strong foundation in mechanical principles and process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, density) and their impact on rotating and static equipment performance.
Able to read and interpret P&amp;IDs, isometric drawings, GA drawings, equipment datasheets, and vendor documentation.

Equipment Knowledge
Working knowledge of mechanical installation (filters, gear boxes, exchangers, air coolers, diesel engine, gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps or compressors, common valve types (butterfly, gate, ball, cage and PSV) and hydraulic systems (cranes, HPU, pumps).
Maintenance work preparation know-how 
Understand maintenance strategies and techniques, including: Preventive and corrective maintenance
Alignment, tolerances, and clearances
Basic condition monitoring concepts (vibration, temperature, leaks)
Be able on a given preventive work order to prepare tools, spare parts and adapt procedure or work instruction.
Basic understanding of process control interactions with mechanical systems, including how equipment responds to operational changes (start-up, shutdown, trips).
Awareness of safety systems and interfaces with mechanical equipment, including ESD actions, relief systems, and isolation philosophy.
Qualifications:

Has held as a minimum a Mechanical foreman position for up to 5 years in an offshore maintenance setting

Ø  Conduct inspection of surface treated (phosphate, cold rolling, and sand blasting) tools as well as give technical advice on surface treatment processes.
Ø  Ensure identification and traceability of tools and other customer properties.
Ø  Ensure proper filing and control of approved inspection and tally reports
Ø  Participate in the identification of nonconforming products
Ø  Maintain Gauges Control register for calibration update and interface with Logistics department &amp; for Gauge handling to and from Licensors and/or calibration shops.

Rotation Status
Position onshore in the offices of COMPANY,
Temporary Missions to the FPSO
He ensures that maintenance and operational activities are planned and executed using optimized, safe, and standardized technical methods, improving reliability, cost control, and operational performance.
Provides direct input into COMPANY longer term planning for Maintenance activities.
Reports Directly to COMPANY Maintenance &amp; Inspection Engineer
Main activities: 
Provide technical support for offshore electrical operations / maintenance activities.
Develop, apply, and monitor electrical methods and procedures.
Daily follow-up of GMC electrical activities and performance.
Coordinate and follow up onshore electrical repairs.
Optimize electrical spare parts stock and identify new critical spares.
Coordinate and support vendors mobilization within his perimeter.
Contribute actively to knowledge capitalization and REX (lessons learned)

QUALITY ASSURANCE :
Verifies the quality of the planning by frequent checks of specialist/supervisor reports in CMIMS,
Ensures all work loadings per discipline are balanced and achievable and highlights immediately to COMPANY any workload 
Ensures that all CMIMS reports and Maintenance and Inspection performance reports are accurate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profile :
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
Chartered Engineer (A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent
5 to 10 years’ experience in the Planning of maintenance activities on oil and gas production installations
A high level knowledge of CMIMS (UNISUP) or Similar SAP packages.
A good knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.

Specific professional knowledge:
