Position description :
Rever os planos anuais, mensais e de curto prazo (look-ahead) de manutenção mecânica e identificar ordens de trabalho que requeiram preparação detalhada, disponibilidade de materiais, apoio de fornecedores, acessos, elevação, isolamento ou coordenação logística. Criar, atualizar e melhorar ordens de trabalho mecânicas no sistema CMMS/ERP, incluindo sequência de tarefas, mão de obra, duração, ferramentas, peças sobressalentes, consumíveis, necessidades de elevação, requisitos de permissões, etapas de reposição, requisitos de testes e critérios de encerramento. Preparar dossiers de trabalho (work packs) para bombas, válvulas, PSVs, permutadores de calor, gruas, equipamentos estáticos, sistemas hidráulicos, utilidades, equipamentos mecânicos marítimos e respetivos conjuntos mecânicos associados. Identificar, validar e mapear peças sobressalentes, consumíveis, juntas, vedantes, fixações, lubrificantes, kits de reparação, ferramentas especiais e ferramentas manuais necessárias para os trabalhos mecânicos. Apoiar a criação de materiais (material master) e a melhoria das listas de materiais (BOM), fornecendo descrições técnicas precisas, referências OEM, detalhes do fabricante, requisitos de armazenamento e ligação ao equipamento. Interagir com as equipas de manutenção, operações, fiabilidade, armazém, logística, aprovisionamento, HSE, equipa marítima, fornecedores e supervisores offshore para alinhar a prontidão dos trabalhos mecânicos e a metodologia de execução.
