Key Responsibilities: Subsea Operations Ensure with all involved entities that subsea interventions are well planned and prepared. Identification of SIMOPS related to subsea operations. Follow-up of the production & maintenance related operations (onshore preparation, logistic, equipment/tooling/personal mob/demob, etc.) in liaison with Operating departments and ITV for the operational Optimisation of SIMOPS. Engineering Studies Definition of the scope of work and participate to engineering studies related to the improvement or the correction of subsea equipment. Validation of the studies and the repaired/modified equipment. Proposition of improvement to operating issues. Proposition of methods or means to reduce cost and optimise resources. Contribution to the realisation of modification/improvement. Main Repairs/Modifications Follow-up Contribution to define the scope of the project and more specifically review with Operating Departments and DT/ITV the operability and the maintainability of the proposed sub-sea facilities. Validation as required operating philosophy of the project. Participation to the project start-up phase in liaison with the respective Operating Departments. Management Contribution to the budget building. Development of junior engineers. Contribution to the integration of the DB17 future developments by providing comprehensive REX. Participation to internal and international conference on Subsea and prepare papers accordingly.

Experience & Background Subsea engineering degree in Chemical/Petroleum or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas process/production, project construction/management, preferably in a deep offshore environment. Excellent multi-discipline technical background to be able to participate actively in the evaluation of operational issues and their possible solutions. Knowledge of onshore/offshore process and production systems, well performance, well integrity, operations and project management. Leadership & Collaborative working relationships with offshore.

Install, route, support, and terminate instrument tubing for pressure, temperature, level, flow, control and other instrumentation systems. Carry out installation of stainless steel, copper, carbon steel and other specified tubing materials in accordance with project specifications. Fabricate tubing runs by accurately measuring, cutting, bending, forming and assembling tubing to suit approved drawings and site conditions. Install and connect tube fittings, compression fittings, ferrule fittings, bulkhead fittings, manifolds, valves, needle valves, check valves and associated accessories. Perform tubing installation between instruments, impulse lines, manifolds, process connection points, control valves and junction/interface points. Ensure correct tubing routing, including proper slope, accessibility, clearance, supports, separation and protection against mechanical damage. Install tubing supports, clamps, brackets and mounting accessories in accordance with approved drawings and engineering requirements. Ensure tubing is correctly identified using tag numbers, line numbers, service identification and instrument references. Carry out tubing installation for instrument air, process impulse, pneumatic control, hydraulic and other utility services as specified in the project scope. Conduct tubing preparation activities including deburring, cleaning, flushing and protection of tube ends before connection. Ensure all tubing connections are properly assembled and tightened using the correct tools, torque requirements and manufacturer's installation procedures. Carry out leak testing, pressure testing, pneumatic testing and/or hydrostatic testing of tubing systems as required by approved procedures. Identify and rectify tubing installation defects such as leaks, incorrect routing, damaged tubing, loose fittings, improper bending or inadequate supports. Coordinate with Instrument Fitters, Instrument Technicians, Pipe Fitters, Welders, Electrical Technicians and other construction disciplines to resolve interface issues. Verify installed tubing against approved drawings, material specifications, instrument hook-up drawings and project standards before inspection. Carry out cable pulling and installation activities for power, control, instrumentation, telecom, fiber-optic, fire alarm, CCTV and other ELV cables as assigned. Verify cable routes, tray availability, conduits, ducts and cable trenches before commencing cable-pulling activities. Inspect cable drums and verify cable type, size, length, drum number, tag number and destination against approved cable schedules. Set up cable drums, rollers, cable socks, pulling ropes, winches and other equipment required for safe and controlled cable installation. Perform manual and mechanical cable pulling while maintaining the manufacturer's specified maximum pulling tension, bending radius and installation requirements. Ensure cables are properly supported and arranged on cable trays, ladders, conduits, ducts, trenches and underground routes. Maintain proper cable separation between power, control, instrumentation, communication and intrinsically safe circuits in accordance with project requirements. Ensure cables are not damaged during installation and immediately report any cuts, crushing, excessive bending, sheath damage or other defects. Install cables with adequate slack at equipment, junction boxes, panels, marshalling cabinets and termination points to facilitate proper termination. Maintain correct cable identification by installing cable tags, markers, ferrules and destination labels at specified locations. Dress, arrange and secure installed cables using approved cable ties, cleats, clamps, straps and other cable-management materials. Ensure cables are installed neatly and maintain proper routing, spacing, accessibility and workmanship standards. Assist electricians and instrument technicians with cable preparation activities, including cable stripping, gland preparation and routing to termination points, within the technician's authorized scope. Assist with installation of cables through conduits, cable trays, ladders, underground ducts and cable trenches, including difficult or congested areas. Carry out cable pulling in accordance with approved Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements.
