SPIE Global Services Energy is currently looking for Subsea Production Engineering to join its workforce here in Nigeria on ERHA project.

Key Responsibilities:
Subsea Operations
Ensure with all involved entities that subsea interventions are well planned and prepared.
Identification of SIMOPS related to subsea operations.
Follow-up of the production &amp; maintenance related operations (onshore preparation, logistic, equipment/tooling/personal mob/demob, etc.) in liaison with Operating departments and ITV for the operational Optimisation of SIMOPS.
Engineering Studies
Definition of the scope of work and participate to engineering studies related to the improvement or the correction of subsea equipment.
Validation of the studies and the repaired/modified equipment.
Proposition of improvement to operating issues.
Proposition of methods or means to reduce cost and optimise resources.
Contribution to the realisation of modification/improvement.
Main Repairs/Modifications Follow-up
Contribution to define the scope of the project and more specifically review with Operating Departments and DT/ITV the operability and the maintainability of the proposed sub-sea facilities.
Validation as required operating philosophy of the project.
Participation to the project start-up phase in liaison with the respective Operating Departments. 
Management
Contribution to the budget building.
Development of junior engineers.
Contribution to the integration of the DB17 future developments by providing comprehensive REX.
Participation to internal and international conference on Subsea and prepare papers accordingly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience &amp; Background
Subsea engineering degree in Chemical/Petroleum or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas process/production, project construction/management, preferably in a deep offshore environment.
Excellent multi-discipline technical background to be able to participate actively in the evaluation of operational issues and their possible solutions.
Knowledge of onshore/offshore process and production systems, well performance, well integrity, operations and project management.
Leadership &amp; Collaborative working relationships with offshore.&lt;br /&gt;

Prepare data results, provide set of solutions, and communicate inspection findings.


CONTRACT TERMS &amp; MOBILITY
Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile.

Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas.

Expected final project outcome:
Establishment of a complete and validated Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessment by end of 2026.
A fully defined RBI program and baseline inspection program and dossier set that can be directly implemented during field baseline inspection by early of 2027.
All RBI outputs must be structured and uploaded into the CMIMS by mid-2027 for operational use and lifecycle follow-up.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Material / Corrosion, or Chemical / Process Engineering, or a related field
English: B2 level mandatory
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in integrity management or in-service inspection within Oil &amp; Gas/Petrochemicals.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in RBI techniques, API Standards (510, 570, 653), and ASME codes.
Field Knowledge: NDT techniques, CMMS, and integrity management software.

JOB DIMENSIONS:
To ensure cranes and lifting equipment reliability and availability according to safety standards.
To ensure operational engineering processes, inspection and maintenance are efficiently carried out in strict compliance
with safety policies and procedures on all lifting and marine equipment
To ensure crane and lifting equipment support as technical authority to the DW field operations in accordance with Company
rules and statutory regulation.
To analyse crane maintenance activities and lifting equipment performance from the technical and economic perspective
and take action necessary to achieve company set objectives regarding efficiency, cost optimization and savings.
To provide Marine lifting equipment support to Maintenance Operations Mechanical Static team when required

ACTIVITIES: 
To prepare all methods support and implementation of practice documents regarding preventative maintenance, inspection,
and testing to be performed on AKPO &amp; EGINA cranes and lifting equipment based on recognized best practice and
applicable regulations.
To prepare and develop specifications for new cranes and lifting equipment based on recognized international standards.
Co-ordinate planned crane maintenance activities fleet-wide in conjunction with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Manage specialized crane maintenance vendors interventions and contracts (Liebherr, Sparrow, National Oilwell Varco etc.)
within SCM frame agreements (including technical scope of work) where applicable.
Ensure the implementation and assurance of Company integrity management system compliance.
Liaise with classification societies/third party design offices where applicable.
Support DW TUPNI asset installations for all related crane issues (specifically for new cranes, specification for upgrades and
heavy lift works on cranes).
Liaise with crane manufacturers when required.
Participate in and/or lead investigations for all crane related incidents across the fleet.
Interface with DW INSPECTION Department for all crane related issues.
Supervision until completion of 5-years major overhauls in all DW installations cranes (based on Contractor/OEM and CPLO
reports).
Follow spare parts stocks with Warehouse and Procurement.
- In Charge For all cranes:
    o Review/Produce Maintenance Plan as per Vendor recommendations
    o Review/Correct/Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters
 o Ensure equipment are certified by third parties.
 For all Hoist Winches:
o Review/Produce actual Maintenance Plan
o Review/Correct/Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Formal education: B.SC. Mechanical Engineering (2.1).
- Professional experience (number of years): 15 years’ experience with:
    o Technical knowledge and experience in Offshore cranes and hydraulic power         transmission and control systems
    o Proven experience working with heavy machinery/equipment
    o Extensive experience within maintenance, fault finding, build and                       procurement of equipment projects
- Team management, analytical and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management       System (SAP) is an advantage.

ACTIVITIES: 
Responsible for the Technical content of the Maintenance Methods in the field of Mechanical, including the responsibility for maintenance plans, spare parts coverage, working techniques, and the procedures, in accordance with the Maintenance Policy.
Revise the maintenance plans prepared by the various Contractors and ensure their proper implementation.
Coordinate with the Methods Department the consolidation of the Maintenance Plans.
Ensure suitable spare-parts availability/coverage through adequate stock management parameters; initiate the necessary improvements in accordance with the reliability, availability objectives and cost optimization.
Perform the duties of Technical Administrator for the Mechanical Spare Parts.
Develop and control proper implementation/use of the techniques and tools required for an efficient maintenance, including both technical (condition monitoring, working tools, etc.…) and administrative/reporting aspects (Work reports, data trending, spare parts consumption, etc.…).
Responsible to control and ensure the data captured in SAP (UNISUP) are accurate; perform their analysis and propose optimization plans.
Ensures proper management of the equipment support means including documentations, tooling, software, etc.
Provides technical expertise in view of timely and efficiently address the failures and losses of performance of equipment.
Analyse the equipment performances, perform technical studies, provide technical support on any technical queries, and make proposals for improvement and optimization.
Perform modification studies as required.
Ensure the operations under own authority are prepared and performed in accordance with Company rules, procedures and specifications, and in full compliance with the HSE standards.

MISSIONS :

3. Engineering &amp; Quality Compliance
Produce engineering deliverables according to project contracts and applicable engineering standards.
Proactively highlight technical deviations or non-conformance risks to the O&amp;M Package Maintenance Leader.
Integrate technical links between general specifications and spare parts deliverables into the CMIMS.
Maintain permanent focus on improving maintenance process, updating drawings and P&amp;ID.

4. Team Collaboration &amp; Safety
Collaborate with maintenance, operation, HSE and other engineering teams to enhance overall productivity.

Rever os planos de manutenção elétrica, backlog, inspeções estatutárias, campanhas e ordens de trabalho corretivas, de forma a identificar atividades que exijam planeamento detalhado e preparação antecipada.
Preparar e atualizar ordens de trabalho elétricas no sistema CMMS/ERP, incluindo etapas das tarefas, isolamentos elétricos, requisitos de lockout/tagout, mão de obra, duração, ferramentas, equipamentos de teste, consumíveis, peças sobressalentes, critérios de aceitação e requisitos de encerramento.
Desenvolver dossiers de trabalho (work packs) para geradores, quadros elétricos, MCCs, sistemas UPS, sistemas de baterias, transformadores, motores, iluminação, distribuição elétrica, heat tracing, equipamentos Ex (zonas classificadas), sistemas elétricos de pacotes e respetivos auxiliares.
Identificar e validar peças sobressalentes elétricas, consumíveis, fusíveis, disjuntores, cabos, bucins (glands), terminais, relés, medidores, baterias, equipamentos de teste, requisitos de calibração e ferramentas especiais.
Apoiar o registo de materiais (material master) e a melhoria das listas de materiais (BOM) para equipamentos elétricos, assegurando descrições técnicas claras, referências OEM, características nominais, requisitos para áreas classificadas e ligação ao equipamento.
Acompanhar aprovisionamento, esclarecimentos técnicos, estado de PR/PO, documentação de fornecedores, requisitos de inspeção e necessidades de certificação para materiais e serviços elétricos.
Coordenar verificações de armazém, controlo de preservação, segregação, preparação (bagging), etiquetagem, embalamento, listas de embalagem e prontidão de expedição de materiais e ferramentas elétricas.
Interagir com operações, supervisores elétricos, HSE, aprovisionamento, armazém, logística, fornecedores, OEMs e pontos focais offshore, de forma a garantir a prontidão para execução e a preparação segura dos trabalhos elétricos.
Apoiar relatórios de execução, resolução de questões técnicas, revisão de ocorrências (findings), fecho de punch lists e criação de ordens de trabalho de seguimento resultantes de inspeções ou atividades de manutenção elétrica.

Resultados / Entregáveis:
Dossiers de trabalho elétricos, atualizações em CMMS/ERP, controlos de materiais elétricos e certificação, listas de peças sobressalentes, inputs de acompanhamento de PR/PO, registos de verificação de armazém, listas de embalagem, relatórios de apoio à execução e ações de encerramento decorrentes de anomalias elétricas.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Licenciatura em Engenharia ou qualificação técnica equivalente em engenharia eletrotécnica, com experiência comprovada em planeamento de manutenção elétrica no setor offshore de petróleo e gás ou em FPSO. O candidato deverá estar familiarizado com sistemas CMMS/ERP, segurança elétrica, equipamentos para áreas classificadas, planeamento de manutenção, identificação de materiais, controlo de certificação, coordenação com fornecedores e requisitos de execução offshore.&lt;br /&gt;

Rever os planos de manutenção de instrumentação e controlo, programas de calibração, âmbitos de campanhas, ordens de trabalho corretivas, tarefas de sistemas de segurança e inspeções estatutárias ou relacionadas com conformidade.
Criar e atualizar ordens de trabalho de instrumentação e controlo no sistema CMMS/ERP, incluindo etapas detalhadas das tarefas, requisitos de calibração, verificações de loops (loop checks), testes funcionais, necessidades de isolamento, mão de obra, duração, ferramentas, equipamentos de teste, peças sobressalentes, critérios de aceitação e documentação de encerramento.
Preparar dossiers de trabalho (work packs) para instrumentos de campo, válvulas de controlo, transmissores, analisadores, sistemas de monitorização de vibração, sistemas de deteção de incêndio e gás (Fire &amp; Gas), sistemas ESD, PLCs, interfaces DCS/ICSS, sistemas de salvaguarda, controlo de packages e equipamentos de instrumentação associados.
Identificar peças sobressalentes, consumíveis, gases de calibração, tubing, conexões, linhas de impulso, cabos de instrumentação, bucins (glands), equipamentos de teste, dispositivos de comunicação, kits de reparação e ferramentas especiais necessários para cada âmbito.
Apoiar a criação de materiais (material master) e a melhoria das listas de materiais (BOM) para instrumentação e controlo, incluindo qualidade da descrição técnica, referências OEM, classificação de áreas perigosas, requisitos de calibração e ligação ao equipamento.
Acompanhar PRs, POs, esclarecimentos com fornecedores, necessidades de serviços, certificados de calibração, validade de equipamentos de teste e documentação necessária para mobilização offshore.
Coordenar verificações em armazém, controlo de preservação, segregação, preparação (bagging), etiquetagem, embalamento, listas de embalagem e prontidão de expedição de materiais de instrumentação, equipamentos de teste e ferramentas.
Interagir com operações, especialistas ICSS/controlo, supervisores de manutenção, HSE, aprovisionamento, armazém, logística, fornecedores, OEMs e pontos focais offshore para garantir planeamento integrado e execução em segurança.
Apoiar a execução através da revisão do progresso diário, resolução de questões técnicas, acompanhamento de anomalias (findings), conversão de recomendações aprovadas em ordens de trabalho e melhoria contínua dos planos de manutenção.

This position is located ONSHORE &amp; OFFSHORE in ROTATIONAL MODE 4x4

We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:

• Site preparation (materials, logistics, personnel)
• Preparation of job cards based on a schedule and task prioritization
• Onshore supervision (Luanda) / Offshore supervision (Dalia FPSO)
• Monitoring hours/reporting
• Distribution of daily tasks
• Monitoring and updating planning and POB (Personnel on Board)

• Good knowledge of E&amp;I equipment and tools / tube fitting.&lt;br /&gt;
