Education & Experience Diploma in Engineering or BSc/BCom from an accredited university. Minimum 5 years' procurement/supply management experience in Oil & Gas or petrochemicals. Technical Competencies Full command of the procurement cycle (RFQ, bid evaluation, negotiation, PO expediting, closeout).
