📊 Excel Whiz: Master of databases, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, automation, and stunning data visualizations.


📈 Power BI Pro: Skilled in creating interactive reports, data modeling, publishing, and sharing dashboards that wow.


📱 PowerApps Enthusiast: Able to design and implement apps that streamline HR and operational processes.

🎓 Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Management, IT, or a related field.

Candidate criteria

Minimum level of experience required

6 years or more

Required authorisations

• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Human Resources, Management, IT, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in data analysis.

• Experience in process digitalization and change management.

• Strong sense of confidentiality and teamwork.

• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (working language) and professional English required; French is an asset.

• Valued Certifications / Training:  Advanced/Expert Excel

• Advanced training or certification in Power BI and/or PowerApps
