Accommodation Jack-Up Barge Operations Coordinator (Offshore)
Job Purpose
Coordinate the daily operations, logistics, accommodation, and personnel movements on the Jack-Up Barge (JUB), ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant offshore operations while supporting all teams working onboard.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily accommodation, logistics, and welfare activities for personnel onboard the JUB.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of personnel on board (POB), visitors, and workforce movements.
- Coordinate personnel transfers by helicopter, boat, gangway, or personnel basket.
- Monitor the movement of materials and equipment to and from the JUB.
Ensure all newcomers receive proper offshore induction. - Act as the focal point for offshore planning, scheduling, and coordination with OIM/OTL and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, emergency procedures, and mustering requirements.
- Report incidents, safety concerns, and operational issues to the relevant offshore management team.
- Liaise with the JUB Captain and contractor personnel regarding logistics, crane operations, and marine activities.
- Manage deck space allocation and support efficient utilization of JUB facilities.
- Verify contractor compliance with contractual requirements, including HSEQ, catering, maintenance, and audits.
- Conduct HSEQ and hygiene inspections onboard the JUB
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations.
- Strong experience in offshore logistics and scheduling.
- Knowledge of marine and offshore support activities.
- Good understanding of HSE requirements and offshore operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural offshore environment.
Preferred
Previous experience on accommodation barges, jack-up barges, or offshore platforms.
Experience with offshore planning and personnel tracking systems.
