Provide necessary technical support during preparation and execution of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Operation and Maintenance works and follow-up reinstatement under direction by Commissioning Support Manager. Coordination with Construction , Contractor’s Commissioning team and the other teams as necessary.

1.    Pre-commissioning, Commissioning work support, start-up and operation support, Plant performance test support, Clearance of Operation punch items and Maintenance work, such as breakdown maitenance, planned and preventive maintenance.
2.    Follow, implement and maintain HSSE requirements, rules and regulations; monitor and control HSSE performance of the whole commissioning support team under his/her lead. Participate in SIMOPS or other HSE assessment, follow-up planning and implementation of HSE risk mitigation plan.
3.    Ensure that all environmental parameters i.e. Emission, and Effluent are within the limitation defined in the PJ Environmental procedure and Algerian regulation.
4.    Record and store all information and documents associated with support work during pre-commissioning/ commissioning / start-up and operation / plant performance test, and maintenance work and maintenance result for the evidence to hand-over the data to plant owner maintenance team.
5.    Daily and Weekly report for maitenance work to Commissioning manager and Plant Owner’s maintenance manager.
6.    Maintain good working spirit and coordinate and motivate the whole commissioning team.
7. Coordinate and interface with Vendor/Licensor as necessary.
8.    Understand deeply maintenance manual for plant and each equipment, Site HSE Procedure, Site Quality control procedure.
9.     Review and Approval for detail method statement and job safety analysis for maintenance work.
10.     Check, Review and approval of PTW as PTW authority for the maintenance work during pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up and operation activities, to ensure safe work at site, under delegation by commissioning manager.

1.   He needs a fluent English conversation skill i.e. speaking, listening, reading and writing to have a good communication with Commissioning Support Manager /Subcontractor / Vendor

2.   He needs the experience of commissioning piping support supervisor or maintenance staff in hydrocarbon gas or hydrocarbon oil plant facility for more than 5 years.
