Job description

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for a

 Company Site Representative (CSR)

 Job Purpose:

 

This position is a unique opportunity to Manage the  NOC/FOPS representative. He is the authority on board JUB for any organizational and logistic aspect. In the perimeter of the JUB, he is accountable for:
- Reporting any event on JUB to HSE SA. - Facilitating day to day activity of JUB users (campaign leader, project CPY Rep, Well Service supv) in human and material logistics aspects. - Ensuring proper record of visitors and what Company / department they belong to and give this input to IOP. - Monitoring of personnel movement from/to the JUB, whether by helicopter, boat, personnel basket or
gangway.

 Your main duties will be to: -

  • Ensure proper induction to new comers on site, with the help of the logistic coordinator.
  • Tools and information system used: Integrated Offshore Planning, Da Winci (for booking) (To be confirmed).
  • Focal point for onshore IOP planning / verification with 5 weeks / 4 months planner.
  • Ensure that the POB control system on board the JUB (T-card) is applied by all personnel on-board the JUB.
  • Report to Host Platform Radio Operator the list of POB movement on the day before a crew change.
  • Update the daily record of personnel accommodated on the JUB and report it on a daily basis to Host Platform Radio Operator.
  • Supervision of mustering upon emergencies or drills, in close contact with HSE-SA and Emergency Response Team.
  •  Validation of all work permits in the perimeter of the JUB, including JUB Contractor PTW.
  •  Liaise with JUB Contractor Master for Company logistics aspects, in particular boat approach, use of JUB crane and associated crew).

 

Profile

Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).

Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas 

You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication.

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
