Job description
• Assist the project manager in setting up the technical (Project control) and human resources required to carry out the business.
• Responsible of the Monthly invoicing of the project
• Responsible of the weekly clarification of the affectation of the various Work Order with the personel on site (Construction Field Service Manager) and ensure their proper reporting in the TS.
• Responsible of the weekly clarification with the client
• Participate in the elaboration of the assignment schedule and the
breakdown of tasks.
• Participate in site preparation meetings and site meetings.
• Prepare supplier consultation files for the purchasing department or technical training provider.
May participate in some tenders.
• Participate in the elaboration of the assignment schedule and the
breakdown of tasks.
• May be required to manage part of the project team by delegation
and contribute to the maintenance and development of the skills of
his team.
• May be required to propose innovations and/or participate in prototyping, experimentation or improvement of know-how.
• May contribute in the various deliverables required by the client and the management (Monthly report, KPI etc...)
Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in a position of Business Engineer, Project Engineer
Demonstrated experience in all areas related to project management (contractual, technical and financial aspects)
Knowledge requirements
