Job description

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Saudi LLC for a:

 

Field Specialist IV - Wellbore Construction (WBC)

 

Job Purpose:


This position is a unique opportunity to be a vital member of the Completions and Wellbore Construction team, as this role will be responsible for directly supervising the installations of wellbore construction equipment , position will require you to be in contact with the Customer Representative on location at the well site ,doing all the required calculations for the job

  

Your main duties will be to:-

 

  • Responsible for the safe operations of work and are tasked with compliance of company standards, in both safety and operations policy.
  • Running multiple medium to high risk applications in one or more product lines in the Wellbore Construction Product Group
  • Expanding and applying application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Construction and Liner Hanger
    Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment and the application for job.
  • Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
    Conducting on-the-job training for some Wellbore Construction applications as required

Profile

Ideally you will have 02 years diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum of 07+ years of service experience. Prefer candidates with strong Wellbore construction Experience.


Have general knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/workover rig operations


To be fluent in English and Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills


Desired Characteristics:

Have good general product knowledge to be able to maximize equipment performance


Have some experience installing completions products
Be able to show a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
Have experience with Baker Hughes


Be a good team player and display good communication skills

Candidate criteria

Minimum level of experience required

6 years or more

Required authorisations

• Have general knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/workover rig operations

 

Must be available in home country or saudi arabia with transferrable Iqama.

 

Must have been vaccinated against Covid-19 including booster dose.

 

Candidate should be available to join By November 2022
