Monitor key performance indicators and quality targets, in coordination with the QMS, identifying improvement opportunities.

Follow up and Conduct Internal /External Audit for Company Qualified Licensee. (Vam,Tenaris , NOV Grand Prideco
Verifications of document control as per Licensee procedure and upload to web site Licensee.
Follow up and investigate NCR internal and external opening.
Traceability of Incoming / outgoing documentation works order Client.
Strictly adhere to company’s rules, regulations and code of ethics
Share work and perform the inspection to the standard procedure and/or specified by Client request.
Review and prepare final report and/or certificate of conformity in a timely manner and assure its immediate dispatch to the Client.
Delivery of the W.O. file with all documentation to Finance department for Invoice Process.
Weekly report of the Quality department performance.
Control and records the use of gauges
Ensure gauges used in the shop are calibrated
Conduct dimensional and final inspection of tools.
Conduct inspection of surface treated (phosphate, cold rolling, and sand blasting) tools as well as give technical advice on surface treatment processes.
Ensure identification and traceability of tools and other customer properties.
Ensure proper filing and control of approved inspection and tally reports
Participate in the identification of nonconforming products
Maintain Gauges Control register for calibration update and interface with Logistics department & for Gauge handling to and from Licensors and/or calibration shops.
Knowledge of Make-up operations.
Ø License degree or technical Diploma: Electronics, Mechanical
Ø Mechanical Background knowledge
Ø Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel, power point)
Ø Lead Auditor certificate will be an Advantage
