Specific professional knowledge: CMIMS : SAP/R3
Mechanical Specific: Heavy-duty / industrial frame gas turbines generators (Man-Turbo 1304 turbo-generators preferably), Compressors, Diesel Generators, etc.,
Context and mission :
Reporting to the CSR, provide technical support, responsible of running and monitoring of 3 Man-Turbo 1304 turbo-generators.
Location & scheme:
Offshore Rotational position 4x4.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible of running and monitoring of turbo-generators and turbo Compressors
- In charge of L1 to L3 maintenance tasks preparation and performance
- In charge of L4 to L5 site maintenance preparation of maintenance
- Assistance to OEM and/or vendor during major operations
- Coordination with OEM and/or vendor site representative
- Follow-up of spare parts , consumables, tools and procedures
Capable of maintaining good interpersonal relations with the ability to work with a multi-national workforce.
Main activities:
- Respect and apply QHSSE rules and procedures
- In his discipline, he/she is in charge to
- Organize and perform on site the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility.
- Assist the Preparation / planning team by giving any
technical support for preparation of the jobs in his
discipline. - Manage interventions and prepare the technical reports related to the field.
- Is responsible of the specific tools of his team. (quantity and availability)
- Take in charge the systems / equipment under his/her responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status.
- Identify recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyze them and suggest improvements.
Specific activities
- Ensure that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs
properly within his teams, and actively participates in the OJT /
assessment program. - Identify any recurring problems related to the availability or
quality of spare parts. - Keep a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programs
and, if need be, suggest improvements. - Can be part of Emergency Response Team.
- Organize the site rotational assignment.
Profile
Qualification: Minimum educational qualification level required is HND or Bachelor Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
Professional Experience :
- At least 10 years oil and gas industry experience in relevant maintenance role.
- At least 5 years in a Supervisor role with demonstrated skills to successfully implement maintenance best practices
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated safety leadership and personnel management skills.
- Culturally aware and experience in working with multi-national workforces.

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations,
- Specific professional knowledge: SAP/R3 experience and know-how
- Advanced working experience with turbine package Man-Turbo THM 1304 (TURB-GAS / MAN-GHH / 1304-10 / GENE-GAC / JEUMONT SCHNEIDER / SAT83)
- Strong working experience with Turbine FRAM 5 (NP MS5001, GENE-GAC/GEC ALSTHOM/T500) is an additional advantage
