Job description

As HR Manager, you will directly report to the Country Manager as part of the Danish Subsidiary management team.

Your main missions will be :

- Assessment of the HR processes situation


- Construction and execution of the action plan bridging the gap taking into account the available resources


- Focus on employee administration cleaning and local regulation compliance

•  HR resources management

- Be Part of the country management committee, act as a leader to align resources toward the subsidiary targets


- Manage the HR resources on a day to day basis to achieve key missions

- Build and Structure HR department

•  Employee Care

- Maximise the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding 


- Deal with employee claims


- Promote all action aiming at improving SPIE employer branding and local reputation


•  Recruitment

-Manage the entire recruitment process using the tool STARS : identification of profiles, interviews, hiring proposals, etc.


-Ensure all administrative and legal procedures for hiring.


-Ensure the integration of new recruits within the subsidiary and, if necessary, at the headquarters level in conjunction with the BU HR team.


-Ensure relations with universities and schools corresponding to our recruitment target.


•  Training and career management

-Evaluate the profiles recruited and already hired (thanks to Perspectives) in order to calibrate the training to be set up to meet the needs of the organization


- Encourage and assist managers to set for their teams SMART goals that are in-line with the business strategy.
-Identify local training organizations that meet our needs.


-Define and follow-up the training budget.


•  Personnel administration and payroll

-Set up and update the local payroll tool according to local legislation and requests from the head office
-Carry out and check monthly payrolls


-Ensure that Finance department takes provisions for HR costs (paid leave, training, health costs, etc.),


-Manage regulatory declarations,


-Interface with public structures and trade unions,
-Apply and monitor occupational medicine (may be done by HSE coordinator),


-Update or ensure that the information entered in IFS is kept up to date


-Ensure that employment contracts are properly drafted,


-Manage disciplinary procedures.

- HR reporting and monitoring

- Pilot and deploy reporting tools and dashboards for the head office


Profile

Profile required

- You are experienced in setting up or restructuring a HR department in a start up, scale up, SME in Denmark and able to deal with unions in Denmark


- You also have : good experience in hands on daily employee satisfaction management and good understanding of Danish general legal environment with particular focus on Danish labor laws


- You are fluent in Danish and English (ideally C1 level) and confortable with Pack office and Office 365 environment 


- To have financial acumen, recruitment skills and payroll management experience are good advantages 

- You are able to listen, communicate and negociate.

- Known as autonomous, teamworker, you are able to build proximity with operational teams
