Job description
We currently have fantastic opportunities for experienced professionals to join our Global Maintenance Contract team in Esbjerg (more info here):
Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
>Recruitment:
Initiate and participate in the recruitment process for operational and support staff: drafting and posting of offers, pre-selection, interviews and selection liaising with hiring managers. 200+ people to recruit.
>Personnel Administration:
Secure employment-related activities connected to the start and end of employment:
- Draft employment contracts
- Create employee files within the ERP
- Manage the entire relocation process for expatriate personnel (see details in below "operations support" paragraph)
>Payroll Administration:
Manage the entire monthly payroll process :
- Ensuring the payroll service provider has all the necessary information : time sheets, variable elements, etc.
- Liaising with the accounting department for proper reporting
>Operations Support:
Leading a dedicated resource to logistics, secure mobilization and demobilization of on-site operation personnel: travel, transportation, accommodation, immigration, etc.
>Labour Relations:
Responsible for qualitative social relations with employee representatives & Unions.
Experience in managing collective agreements required.
>HR policies deployment:
Deploy HR policies as defined by the SPIE Oil & Gas Services Group:
- Annual interview campaigns, People & Talent reviews, Training plans
- Annual salary increase & bonus campaigns
>Local point of contact for Internal Communication topics
>Management of HR Logistic Assistant
>Reporting to the Area HR Manager
Profile
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Human Resources generalist with a proven track record in recruitment.
Previous experience in industrial projects is a plus.
